How long will it take for me to get my order?
As each wool felted pet is handmade, the process takes time. Our current estimated turnaround time is 1-3 months for completion (refer to the product page for specific estimates). We appreciate your understanding and patience.
How are they made?
Each wool-felted pet is custom-made just for your furry friend using the traditional needle felting technique and 100% natural, soft wool. This process involves carefully sculpting the wool by repeatedly felting it into shape. For added detail and durability, features like the nose and mouth may be crafted using other materials such as soft clay. You can watch a behind-the-scenes video of our process on our homepage.
What kind of photo should I provide?
Clear pictures are essential (the more, the better!)
* A clear front-facing photo (required)
Pure side views from both the left and right (required)
* A slight top-down view and an upward view from under the chin
* If you're ordering a full-body sculpture, full-body photos from different angles (front, side, and back) are also needed
* Photos taken under different lighting conditions are helpful for accurately capturing your pet’s color and details
How can I incorporate my pet's real fur into the portrait?
Upon request, we can incorporate your pet's actual fur, ashes, whiskers, or teeth in the portrait. Once your order is confirmed, we will furnish you with a mailing address for sending these items.
How do you ensure my wool-felted pet looks like my real pet?
We know how much your pet means to you, and we take great care to honor their unique look and personality. During the crafting process, we’ll share progress photos and videos for your review. You’ll have the chance to request adjustments so we can get as close as possible to your pet’s true appearance.
Our artists pay close attention to details—from expression to markings—to create a heartfelt and lifelike tribute.
Please note: slight color variations may occur due to screen differences, and the natural texture of wool and the limitations of the needle felting technique may prevent a 100% exact replica. But rest assured, we’ll do our very best to capture the spirit and charm of your beloved companion.
